ESG

Responsible stays, worldwide.

A temporary home is somebody's whole life for a few months. Responsibility here is not a report at the end of the year — it is the six checks before the keys are handed over and the pulse checks after.

Our pillars

Responsibility, every step of the stay.

People

Every placement is a person a long way from home. Duty of care, a live location and somebody reachable at three in the morning.

Planet

Longer stays in existing buildings, with operators who measure what they use. We ask for the sustainability measures and record the answer.

Partners

Local operators, paid on terms they can run a business on. A supply chain that only works when it is squeezed is not a supply chain.

Governance

Compliance, licensing and legal requirements verified before anything else — the first of the six vetting steps, not the last.

In practice

What responsibility means to us.

Three things we will not trade away, whatever the market and whatever the deadline.

  • No property is offered before its health and safety review is complete
  • No operator joins the network without 24/7 emergency support
  • No guest arrives at a home nobody has inspected first
  • Every check is recorded, and the booker is told when it is done

Duty of care

Every guest, every stay, safe and supported.

  1. Before the stay

Compliance, safety and standards checked, then a pre-arrival inspection using our own app. The booker is told the moment it is complete.

  2. During the stay

A live pin on the duty-of-care map, 24/7 emergency support through the operator, and pulse checks on how the stay is actually going.

  3. After the stay

Satisfaction recorded against the property, not filed and forgotten. A building that disappoints twice does not get offered a third time.

Ask us how we look after your people.

We will walk you through the vetting, the reporting and what happens when something goes wrong at midnight.
